The location is very good, very quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast is also good.

Unfortunately, there is a problem with the hot water in the shower.

In the heart of Chiang Mai Old town, walking distance from all the Wats, shopping areas and night markets. Great restaurants and evening food markets right around the corner.The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us during our stay.When we told the reception desk that our previously booked driver messaged us that they were stuck in traffic and cannot pick us up anymore, the hotel offered their transfer FREE OF CHARGE.

The location on a quiet side street near center was excellent. Lovely to sit on the front porch to have breakfast.

We had a room at the back. The WiFi (router 2/2) was very slow and dropped. Wi-Fi in public areas was excellent.

It’s a nice hotel in the middle of a messy city. Not much you can ask for..

The hotel is fine, but the city of Chiang Rai terrible. Will never come back.

Centrally located, rooms were delightful. Pool area was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent!The staff was always available to help with our needs.

The room was lovely & the location was very convenient. We walked all over Chiang Mai & could easily navigate our way. An excellent breakfast each day. Really liked all of the staff at the hotel. They were very friendly & helpful. Especially Mao & Art. Nice pool area too. We enjoyed a few swims and sitting out there for some “down time.”

I had some difficulties opening my safe each day. Not sure why. But the staff cheerfully helped me every time. The internet was patchy sometimes but good at other times. A mild irritation.

My six nights there wasn’t long enough!

The breakfast was very delicious. They offered menu items and buffet items. The morning tea was awesome. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of everything. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport. We loved everything about this hotel.

Lovely place in the old city. Super friendly and attentive staff, we had the family room, which was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast sets were great, and you could pick some additional things. Special thanks for the drop off at the airport, my daughter forget her stuffed animal in the car, the man (hotel staff) came running back just before we went through security; he’s a true legend. That kind of symbolized our stay at this great boutique hotel.

Nothing, all is great!

My flight arrived in Chiang Mai just before midnight and the taxi dropped me at the hotel at 12:30. The night security guard took me to my room and advised me to check in after 6am. My room was on the 3rd floor—one of the suites. Hugh room, king sized bed, enormous bathroom with excellent shower—-appreciated after traveling some 30 hours. The a/c was off, but two large ceiling cassettes cooled it down quickly. In the morning, had an excellent breakfast and the helpful young man at the desk checked me in and spent a good 15-20 minutes showing me how to navigate the city to see all the highlights.

I hate that the electricity is controlled by your keycard so when you leave the room, you can’t charge your devices.

Everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable and pretty. The location was convenient to the weekend market and the old city walls. It was quiet and the pool was refreshing

A minor mix up upon arrival with the type of room rented was quickly remedied by a very friendly and helpful staff. Great choices at breakfast and a very convenient location.

Beautiful hotel in the old city! Within walking distance of several must see temples and markets. Clean, comfortable room overlooking the pool and a nice balcony to sit out on and drink the complementary tea/coffee and water in the morning.
